台北絲竹樂團

台北絲竹樂團成立於2009年，獲選108年、109年度新北市傑出演藝團隊。

本團極力推廣創新，及從傳統出發之前衛音樂的新製作，所考量的是推廣的面向、啟發國際觀的理念、探索我國古代音樂的思維，以竭誠努力推廣多元傳統音樂藝術之發展。

本團擅於各類音樂表演形式，從大樂團、絲竹合奏、重奏、協奏，以至結合戲曲、舞蹈、美術、文學等跨域演出。除了推廣傳統音樂之外，進而尋求開創傳統音樂的新生命與發展，開發顛覆傳統音樂新的風格與局面。

近年來，更積極推向國家兩廳院之藝術殿堂及開發重要的國際舞台演出。

New Taipei City Folk Orchestra was founded in 2009 and awarded as a New Taipei City Excellent Group in both 2019 and 2020.

New Taipei City Folk Orchestra is dedicated to promoting innovative and avant- garde music that is rooted in the traditions to create international perspectives and explore the realm of diverse traditional music.

New Taipei City Folk Orchestra is known for performing traditional music in various forms. For example, they combine music with Xiqu, dance, fine art or literature. The orchestra aims to promote the development of diversified traditional perfomance arts and to explore new styles and foster a new environment for the traditional music industry.
