Tickets for each show are sold or collected in accordance with the ticket selling system of each organizer or performing group. Please check for the specific information announced by the organizer.

Free ticket request:
The organizer may entrust the Center with free ticket requests, in which case the audience may collect tickets at the following locations 7 days before the performance:
- New Taipei City Library Shulin Branch Information Desk at Children’s Room 3F: 8:30-17:00, Monday and Sunday; 8:30-21:00, Tuesday to Saturday (Telephone: 02-2186-9680)
- New Taipei City Arts Center B1 Information Desk: 9:00-17:00, Monday to Sunday (Telephone: 02-2253-4417)
- Xinzhuang Cultural Arts Center Information Desk: 9:00-17:00, Monday and Sunday; 8:30-21:00, Tuesday to Saturday (Telephone: 02-2276-0182)

Please collect tickets during the opening hours of each Center.
We suggest calling the Center you intend to collect tickets from in advance for details to avoid disappointment.
2. Audience Guidelines
The Performance Hall is open for admission by ticket 60 minutes before the show is due to start. The auditorium is open 30 minutes before the show.
In the interests of safety and cleanliness of the area, please adhere to the following rules:
(Timings may be adjusted at the organizer's discretion)
1. Each audience member requires a ticket for admission. Please note that in the interests of allowing performances to run smoothly, babies are not permitted inside the Hall. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Children under 7 are permitted to attend family performances.
3. You may enjoy food, beverages and water at the front hall. No food, beverages or water are permitted inside the auditorium.
4. If you would like to present a bouquet to a performer, please give it to the organizer to pass on.
5. Audience members are requested to be presentable and orderly. Those who are not dressed properly or are intoxicated will be denied entry.
6. The audience may not take photographs, video or audio recording without permission.
7. Anyone who arrives late must wait until the intermission to enter or follow the usher’s guidance.
8. For health and safety reasons, no additional persons will be permitted to enter once the auditorium is at capacity.
During the epidemic prevention period, please follow the relevant regulations, including wearing a mask, taking your temperature, and registering your real name. Spectators will be denied entry if they have a temperature over 37.5° or fail to follow epidemic prevention measures.
